Latitude would like to advise of a maintenance window on 22 September 2026, 20:00-23:59 AEST for our Latitude/Gem Interest Free Payment Services.
Outage: During this period, we expect a brief 5 mins of downtime at around 9:00pm AEST for Latitude/Gem Interest Free Payment Services. Interest free payment transactions will be declined during the outage. Additional 5 minutes outage between 21:30 and 22:30 AEST, only in case of backout (if required)
